“End the Year strong and position yourself for the New Year”

Here is a review of what I share with people prior to a new year, so we can end this year strong – and prepare for the year ahead. I suggest PRINTING this and POSTING it where you see it every single day until the year ends. Share it.
“Remember – no “predicting” – let’s PREPARE!”
1. Mental Preparation – Attitude Adjustments. Respect
the GAME of success. Don’t be cynical. Work on your
leadership and service to YOU & others in 2004.
2. Goal Setting – Complete your goals prior to 1-1-04 and
let your leaders know you have done so because it
includes them. They will follow your lead.
3. Top LEADER List – Identify who deserves your time vs.
the ones who need your time. Separate the majors
from the minors. Create a TOP 10 list. Eliminate the
dead wood and headaches. Work with the best and
love the rest. Send your TOP leaders a commitment
letter for 2004 BEFORE the year-ends.
4. Potential Leader List – Who’s got potential for 2004?
Make some plans – send some postcards, emails or
letters stating your desire to help them.
End the Year Strong – Position for
Massive Growth in 2004
5. Top Prospects List – Remember all of the excited 2003
prospects? Be sure to contact them again before the
year begins and throughout January. Don’t throw
away your intellectual property.

and EMOTION will cause MOTION.” 6. Physical Fitness – I am no health expert, but I work on
this for energy reasons and to avoid BURNOUT.
“Challenge yourself to more PF activities
2004.Remember what you enjoy doing.”
7. Personal Development – If your telling people to be
consistent in their activities – make sure you are doing
what you tell others to do. Plan to finish Jim Rohn’s
library, work on more PD this year and next.
“Attend any and all events. Be the one to SEEK out and
develop new skills, and to polish the old ones.”
8. Personal Commitment – Love the mission of YOUR
company and what you do to change other people’s
lives. Be a team player and support your fellow
networkers. Everyone loves a team player.
“Commit to strong and noticeable changes
in you and your efforts. Set the pace.”
