1. Work in profundity rather than the dimension

Many would-be marketers were made to believe that building huge downlines right away is the ultimate solution to marketing success. What they do not know is that it does not simply work the way other people made them to believe.

The point here is that building your huge downline should delve more on the profundity and the quality of your downline and not just on the size or the number of members included in your downline.

In other words, it is important that you recruit people who will absolutely work hard and present the same determination and dedication that you do.

This will guarantee their commitment to the job.

The problem in marketing these days is that many people are lured with the get rich quick programs. They believe that building massive downlines tend to provide them easier means of earning fast money. What they do not know is that they still have to work hard to get the workable success that they want.

It is not enough that you build downlines. What matters most is that you build downline that consists of people who are dedicated to work on their responsibilities first before thinking about earning more money.

2. Never exaggerate

When promoting your business or when recruiting for additional members for your downline, never exaggerate. It would be better if you will not put hype in introducing your business.

Stay away from the get rich quick propaganda. Keep in mind that it will never do you good if you will try to deceive people into believing that they can earn money fast even if you know that they will not.

Do not try to recruit as many as you can because size does not matter. What you have to remember is to project a true sense of style in persuading people to join your group. Make them believe that what you do is not necessarily a get rich quick formula but they can get rich in time.

3. Start with the basics

You can send them letters or brochures regarding your program. Make them understand the concept in details. Be sure you will never miss any kind of information, as this might be an important tool to their success.

4. Give true examples

If you think that testimonials or real life situations will motivate your group to strive harder, then do so. Just be sure that the testimonials or stories that you will tell them are not hyped, not exaggerated, and most of all, not deceiving.

Inspire. Do not deceive your members. These things will guarantee your success using your downline.
